Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • Chia seeds and nuts for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a jar or bowl. Stir well.
  • Layer diced strawberries on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir and add chia seeds or nuts if desired. Serve chilled.

Notes

Swap strawberries for any seasonal fruit or berries.
