Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, dill, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Press the herb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!

Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
