- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with BBQ sauce.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
