Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with BBQ sauce.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for 1-2 hours before grilling.
  • Serve with coleslaw or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
