Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients, then fold in sprinkles and chocolate chips.
Spread dough evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Decorate with frosting and more sprinkles for added flair.
