Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in spinach, artichokes, and half the mozzarella. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the dip and refrigerating it until ready to bake.
