BBQ sauce

chicken broth

Instructions
Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add onion and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
Shred pork using two forks and mix with BBQ sauce.
Toast slider buns and fill with pulled pork and coleslaw if desired.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Substitute pork with jackfruit for a vegetarian option.
