Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • Coleslaw for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add onion and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
  • Shred pork using two forks and mix with BBQ sauce.
  • Toast slider buns and fill with pulled pork and coleslaw if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Substitute pork with jackfruit for a vegetarian option.
