- 3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps.
- Slowly fold in the ranch dressing and Buffalo sauce, whisking if necessary until the mixture is a uniform vibrant orange.
- Add the shredded chicken and 1 cup of the combined shredded cheeses (Cheddar and Monterey Jack) to the bowl.
- Use a sturdy spatula to fold the ingredients together until every strand of chicken is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish or 2-quart oven-safe skillet, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is golden and molten.
