Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Slowly fold in the ranch dressing and Buffalo sauce, whisking if necessary until the mixture is a uniform vibrant orange.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and 1 cup of the combined shredded cheeses (Cheddar and Monterey Jack) to the bowl.
  4. Use a sturdy spatula to fold the ingredients together until every strand of chicken is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish or 2-quart oven-safe skillet, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is golden and molten.
